As part of our Dreams and Teams project we held a World Cup Day in July. The whole school came together and split into different countries. During the morning they worked as a team to produce posters, banners and dressed up in various items of clothing. In the afternoon the children came together and played in our very own Mini World Cup. Mike Parry our 5X60 Officer provided medals for all the players and was supported by local College Students who refereed the games. Mr Ray Humphreys donated and presented a trophy to the winning country.
Ghana eventually won the tournament scoring in the last 30 seconds of normal time.
