Tom May voted as most valuable player of the season.

Tom has been an inspiration this season moving up into our 'A' band team. His vision has been a major part of our success and his goals hugely important in vital games. In Ireland he proved what a star he is with some outstanding displays and was by far the best player of the tournament.

Champions of Wales in 3 age bands at School Level.
Champions of Wales in 4 categories at Club Level.
Champions of Ireland in both the 'A' and 'B' category. This has been our best season ever.

Welcome to our Physical Education web site. The following pages will give you an insight to P.E. at St Christopher's School. We are proud of our tradition on the Sports Field and in particular our success at football.

As a school we are currently National Champions at 3 age groups and runner up in 5.

St Christopher's has achieved the Sportsmarc Cymru and in 2008 we were awarded the Activemarc Cymru being one of the first schools in Wrexham to receive this. The School has recently re-applied for this award. We are a member of the Getset 2012 Network.

In 2005/2006 and 2007 St Christopher's was voted Best Secondary School for Sport in Wrexham, an achievement we are very proud of. The School was shortlisted last year.

At Club Level with Llandudno the school contributes 20 players on a regular basis playing at weekends in both the NWBC League in England and the FAW North Wales tournaments.

The Club is currently Welsh Champions at 'A' Band over 16 and under 16. We have won this competition for the past 4 years. This Year we entered even more teams and we won 4 out of the 5 titles on offer.

We are also Coca Cola Belfast Community Cup Champions at 'A' 'B' and 'C'Band. Our 'A' team have won this tournament for the past 7 years.

In 2004 as part of the European Year of the Disabled Mr Jones was asked to select a Welsh squad to represent Wales in this International Tournament. Together with colleagues from South Wales they held trials and selected a squad of 20 players.
